At ORANGEBEAK TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, also known as OBTPL, we are committed to delivering high-quality events. To maintain fairness and operational clarity, we have established the following cancellation and refund terms:
Cancellations by Customers
- All bookings, registrations, or ticket purchases made through our platform are final and non-refundable.
- We do not allow cancellations or changes once a booking is confirmed, unless previously specified in the agreement/policies shared before payment is remitted.
Event Cancellation by OBTPL
- In the event of cancellation of the event by OBTPL, the participant/attendee shall be entitled to a refund limited to the amount specified in the invoice and only to the extent of the amount paid by the participant/attendee up to the date of such cancellation, subject to the terms and conditions therein and based on the terms of the agreement, if any.
- OBTPL shall not be responsible for any consequential, direct or indirect damages or other incidental expenses incurred by the participant/attendee.
